The Nintendo Wii has come out with a new game just recently called the Wii Sports Resort. It is an add on to the Wii Sports that you would normally get for free with purchase of the Wii. What is new about the Wii Sports Resort is that you can purchase a Wii Motion Plus Attachment that attaches to your Wii remote and makes for more precise movement.

Nintendo mentions that the sensor in the Wii Plus Motion attachment acts as a supplement to the accelerometer and Sensor Bar capabilities of the Wii Remote and will enable actions to be in real time on the screen so there is no lag to the remote and screen.

Mattel has recently launched a new toy called the Mindflex Game, in direct competition to The Force Trainer from Uncle Milton. This mental acuity game combines technology with the power of thinking. Unlike the Force Trainer, the Mindflex Game can be played by more than one person at a time.

A release date has been set for Ocotober 1, 2009 just in time for Christmas. The cost is around $80 and is cheaper than the Force Trainer. The Mindflex Game comes with a light weight head set to measure brain waves. When you start thinking a ball will start moving around an obstacle course. Have fun competing with your friends to see which ball can through the obstacle course the fastest.

It is called Project Natal and it is from Xbox. This is sure competition for Nintendo Wii. Project Natal was featured on Good Morning America.

Xbox isn’t saying when it will unleash Project Natal but I am assuming it will most likely be out before Christmas 2009.
Xbox is stating that it’s the newest technology in gaming that’s out there and they are the first to promote it. It basically charts your body when you stand in front of the system and makes a shadow outline on the TV screen. From there you can move your hands, legs and your body and your shadow body mimics your movements on TV.

Ever want to move object simply by thinking about it? Well look no further. Uncle Milton has designed a Star Wars inspired brainwave toy called, The Force. How can they do that?

The Force toy, expected to be available this August, works by measuring your brainwaves. The Force comes with a head set, a tower dome and a sphere.

The sphere is placed in the tower, the headset is placed on the person’s head and off you concentrate. Use your Jedi-skills to bring the force to you. Soon, the sphere will move up and down the tower depending on how hard you concentrate.

Although pricey ($120), it will make a great Christmas present for your children and even your husband. Learn more here.
